Passer le tablier - an Eight-Course Tasting Menu

Friday September 10th, the Labo culinaire invites you to celebrate its new beginning through an eight-course tasting menu! Indeed, after more than two years in our kitchen, Chef Timothée Vielajus gives way to his long-time colleague Virginie Picard. This meal will be a unique opportunity to experience a collaborative cuisine and to discover the talents of our new chef!

An organic wine pairing created by our sommelier team will also be available to spruce up your meal.

MANDATORY VACCINE PASSPORT
Following the new health measures, the vaccine passport is required for all vistors (13 +), starting September 1, 2021.
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination, along with photo ID will be required upon entrance. You can show proof in one of three ways:
On paper
In a PDF on your mobile device
On the VaxiCode application
Whichever method you choose, you must also show photo ID.
