For reasons beyond our control, System Olympia will be unable to perform her set at the SAT this Friday, February 7, as part of our Dômesicle series.
She will be replaced by Vincent Lemieux and Sierra is still opening the party!
Record dealer, producer and MUTEK programmer, Vincent Lemieux is a DJ with impeccable taste. While techno and house remain his field of predilection, disco, funk, soul, hip-hop and other groovy derivatives don’t leave him indifferent. We’ve seen and heard him all over Montreal and abroad (Berlin, NYC, Paris, Tokyo…) A must-see!
As an indie dance pro, Sierra’s contagious energy will leave no one indifferent. An evening not to be missed under any circumstances.

Record dealer, producer, MUTEK programmer and co-founder of the Musique Risquée label, Vincent Lemieux is a DJ with impeccable taste. While techno and house remain his field of predilection, disco, funk, soul, hip-hop and other groovy derivatives do not leave him indifferent. In Montreal, he has been seen and heard in many clubs, bars and parties, as well as at his famous Soirée Risquée and Disco Dessert events. Abroad, Vincent Lemieux can pride himself on a well-stocked visiting card: every year since 2001, he's been at Berlin's Panorama Bar for the Get Perlonized evenings, and he's also made clubbers and festival-goers dance all over the world. A must-see!
Through both her appreciation for the past and curiosity of the future, Sierra explores various subgenres beneath the indie dance umbrella in an attempt to intertwine nostalgia with innovative sounds. Whether she’s performing at intimate underground events or larger festival stages, her infectious energy and passion always translate onto the dancefloor.
A Montreal-based VJ for nearly 15 years, Kaminska’s visual elements are inspired by statistical modeling, creating vibrant, mathematical, and psychedelic universes that lead to exhilaration and inner escape. The result is an extensive, rhythmical choreography in which dismantled grids, wandering parabolas, and strings of data intertwine.
The source of D4000 work comes from her endless fascination for moving textures, colors and abstract geometry, mixed together to create vibrant and evocative ambiances. This is the base for projects of all types, ranging from mapping to live performances. With a multidisciplinary approach in the creation of her work, she fuses analog and digital methods, offering a unique, dynamic and colorful video repertoire.
