A Domesicle between italo disco, EBM, new beat and electro curated by the Italo Moderni label with Adrian Marth, a key figure in Barcelona's underground scene, Xiumei and bronsön. In a word: caliente-hot-bollente-hot!
Apart from having made the rounds of Europe’s big clubs three times (Berghain, Panorama Bar, Razzmatazz…) with pure sets packed with energy, Adrian Marth runs the Italo Moderni label (on which we find The Hacker among others), which is co-presenting this evening. He will be accompanied by a b2b by Xiumei and bronsön, arriving directly from Vancouver.

Adrian Marth is a Dj/Producer solo project of italo disco /EBM and the driving force from Barcelona's underground scene. He heads the label italo moderni bringing together the most exciting innovative artists in varying genres while crafting his own deeply personal style of mixing italo and Electro. His music draws together classic elements of Italodisco, spacedisco and cosmic disco of the 80s, electronic sounds with analog synthesizers while exploring components of EBM. He is an avid collector and selector of eclectic music and known for his high energy and versátile sets.
Starting out as a host for BSide Radio shows, Taiwanese DJ and producer Xiumei has steadily built their presence in the Vancouver music scene, collaborating with local collectives like Ambient/ETC and Normie. Known for their playful yet dark sets that blend electro, ambient, and techno sounds with driving rhythms and nostalgic melodies, they also dip their toes into hard-hitting cybertrance at events like GHOST. With a passion for pushing boundaries, Xiumei’s journey is one to keep an eye on.
bronsön is an English-German DJ based in Vancouver, known for combining international influences into his sets that shift between hypnotic rhythms, textures and percussion. He hosts Liminal Space, a monthly radio show on Bside Radio that features an evolving lineup of special guests. bronsön has performed at a variety of venues across Vancouver, sharing the stage with artists like ASEC and Pink Concrete.
A Montreal-based VJ for nearly 15 years, Kaminska’s visual elements are inspired by statistical modeling, creating vibrant, mathematical, and psychedelic universes that lead to exhilaration and inner escape. The result is an extensive, rhythmical choreography in which dismantled grids, wandering parabolas, and strings of data intertwine.
Daytime multimedia art director and nighttime VJ, Jocelyn Leduc - aka VJ HEX8 - is a digital artist known for creating visual atmospheres at numerous large-scale events. He has collaborated with many festivals on designing outdoor video mapping projects, including the Quartier des Spectacles, the Lumifest in Longueuil, the Just for Laughs festival, the Shanghai Fashion Week and Fierté Montréal. Juxtaposing the abstract with the naive, his projects often take the form of dadaist-inspired video collages. His eclectic mix of analog textures and archival footage visually transports the audience to another universe for the duration of an evening.
