About the artists
Odile Myrtil
Odile Myrtil is resolutely fierce. As a producer and composer, she pushes the boundaries of R&B and contemporary pop, exploring velvety electronic territories shaped by both vulnerability and strength. As a DJ, her astute blend of bass, grime and diasporic rhythms ignites dance floors, whether at Piknic Électronik or a wild warehouse rave.
Kid Koala
Kid Koala is a world-renowned DJ, producer and award-winning graphic novelist. He has released four albums, two graphic novels and contributed to the soundtracks of acclaimed films such as Shaun of the Dead and The Great Gatsby. He has composed for the NFB, Cartoon Network and Dries Van Noten fashion shows. His shows include innovative performances such as Vinyl Vaudeville and Music To Draw To.
Jesse Mac Cormack
Jesse Mac Cormack delivers a versatile sound that strikes a perfect balance between his vocal tones and electronic productions, alternately subtle and ready to ignite a dance floor. In 2023, he released several singles, including “Settle & Fly”, “All Mine” and “Come Home”. This year, he followed up with the tracks “Hold Him” and “Believe” as well as remixing his longtime collaborator CRi on “Memories”.
Kyong Sono
Kyong Sono has been composing Techno and House music in his Berlin-Kreuzberg studio since 2020. He has released nearly 60 tracks on various international labels and his own label, Betonstrand. His improvisational live performances have won over audiences from Zanzibar to Ibiza. He has played in Berlin clubs and on international stages such as Wonderfruit in Thailand. As a DJ, he combines harmony and creativity to ignite the dancefloor.
Marie LeBlanc Flanagan
Marie LeBlanc Flanagan is an artist working in the playful spaces between people, especially related to connection and community. Marie builds experimental video games, playful installations, and cooperative experiences and has an enduring fondness for the possibilities of trash.
D4000
Since 2019, D4000 has been drawing on her fascination with textures, light and color to create hypnotic visual atmospheres. Using a multidisciplinary approach, she develops visuals for a variety of projects, such as mapping and live performances. Her work ranges from humorous collage animation to abstract experimentation, offering a unique and dynamic visual repertoire that enhances the sensory experience of musical performances.
Kaminska
Kaminska is a Montreal-based VJ specializing in immersive, rhythmic, colorful visuals inspired by mathematical modeling. She has participated in numerous electronic music events in recent years, including MUTEK and Igloofest.
