Step into a world where time, place, and space meld into a mind-bending odyssey. In Have a Safe Trip, the Muze Jazz Orchestra and visionary video artist Jaak De Digitale transport you to an era where psychedelic culture reigns supreme.
Inspired by the iconic mid-60s and 70s, this fulldome film is more than a spectacle; it’s a “safe” trip through a kaleidoscopic Alice in Wonderland-esque universe. Lose yourself in a whirlwind of vibrant visuals and otherworldly jazz compositions. Feel the pulse of a new suite that nods to legends like Jimi Hendrix, The Beatles, Miles Davis, and more.
This immersive experience presented as part of the Festival international de Jazz de Montréal captures the essence of an era when art, music, and visuals were unshackled, pushing boundaries to electrifying effect. Jaak De Digitale’s mastery of the fulldome format lets you safely navigate this exhilarating journey.

The shows are at 6:45pm.

Will my ticket be assigned a seat?
Seating in the Satosphere dome is not numbered. Once you’re there, you’re free to choose your seats. Arrive early to have a choice of seats.
What is the refund and transfer policy?
Once you have purchased your tickets, no refunds will be permitted.
You may give or transfer your ticket to another person. It is not necessary to request a ticket modification.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
The Satosphere dome is easily accessible by elevator for people with reduced mobility. Let us know at reception if you need assistance, and a member of our team will be happy to guide you to the concert hall.
Are the seats suitable for the elderly?
The seats are comfortable beanbags. However, if you prefer a regular chair, please ask at reception, and we’ll be happy to accommodate you.
Is the Carte accompagnement loisir (CAL) accepted?
Unfortunately, the CAL card is not currently accepted.
What is the minimum age requirement?
The screening is open to ages 4 and up. Please note, however, that this immersive show has not been specially designed for children. The sound volume is loud and the visual effects can be intense.
