Awwful

Co-founder of Montréal queer club nite/rave series Unikorn, Awwful is known for their hi-octane DJ sets that blend eurodance, hyperpop and deconstructed club music with bubblegum pop hits. Their work as a producer, songwriter and vocalist is decidedly more introspective, borrowing textures and tones from the club to craft songs from the heart.

D.Blavatsky

Channeling a raw, punishing, and trance inducing energy- D.Blavatsky is an enigmatic creative force fueled by their unwavering dedication and profound passion for rave culture. Associated with some of Montreal's most infamous raves and afterhours, this Montreal based DJ, producer, label head, and rave organizer has spent the past half-decade diligently establishing a name for themselves both on, and off the decks. Their presence, energy, and mixing style all embody peak rave dance-floor XTC. Blending sweaty '90s sonics, pounding bass, and relentlessly fast rhythms- D’s unyielding affinity for high-octane techno has become a vital force in shaping a new era in Montreal's electronic underground. D.Blavatsky’s exhilarating sets will transport you to an experience within the present moment you can fully get lost in.

Her visuals are often composed of found internet media, frenetic motion, and self-referential text.

HEX8

Daytime multimedia art director and nighttime VJ, Jocelyn Leduc - aka VJ HEX8 - is a digital artist known for creating visual atmospheres at numerous large-scale events. He has collaborated with many festivals on designing outdoor video mapping projects, including the Quartier des Spectacles, the Lumifest in Longueuil, the Just for Laughs festival, the Shanghai Fashion Week and Fierté Montréal. Juxtaposing the abstract with the naive, his projects often take the form of dadaist-inspired video collages. His eclectic mix of analog textures and archival footage visually transports the audience to another universe for the duration of an evening.
