To spread innovation in the food scene, Omnivore is back for a fourth year in Montréal with its international culinary festival during which around two dozen Quebec and international chefs, pastry chefs, barmen and brewers will offer the best of the young cooking scene. Montrealers’ enthusiasm has not waned. After Paris, Moscow and Shanghai, the Montreal edition is now a not-to-be-missed event bringing together more than 1500 bright and curious professionals and amateurs alike.
On the schedule : 2 days of cooking demos, 3 [Maudits Soupers], 2 [Extra Soupers] and 1 Omnivorious evening by Badoit. Come and meet the chefs: Pascal Barbot (L’Astrance, Paris), Anton Kovalkov (Fahrenheit, Moscow), Romain Tischenko (Galopin & la Cave à Michel, Paris), Todd Perrin (Mallard Cottage, St John’s), Samuel Pinard (La Salle à Manger & Farine, Montréal), Marc Cohen (Lawrence, Montréal), Ségué Lepage (Le Comptoir Charcuteries & Vin, Montréal), Julien Joré & Stéphanie Labelle (Cirkus, Montréal) and many more!
“More than for any other city in the world, Omnivore and Montréal are in love. An encounter between a festival and a city, close bonds that have kept growing for almost five years. “
