Passer le tablier – an Eight-Course Tasting Menu
Friday September 10th, the Labo culinaire invites you to celebrate its new beginning through an eight-course tasting menu! Indeed, after more than two years in our kitchen, Chef Timothée Vielajus gives way to his long-time colleague Virginie Picard. This meal will be a unique opportunity to experience a collaborative cuisine and to discover the talents of our new chef!
An organic wine pairing created by our sommelier team will also be available to spruce up your meal.
