Rooftop Party

Designed in the style of a traditional guinguette, the SAT’s Buvette Rooftop transforms into a festive open-air destination. From 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., guests can come to enjoy the view, the summer furniture curated by cozey, share dishes, discover the new cocktail menu, and get into the groove with non-stop DJ sets.

As part of the SAT’s 30th anniversary, this evening is also an opportunity to celebrate the highlights of its history through a cocktail menu specially created for this milestone, inspired by the landmark events that have shaped the identity of this iconic Montreal venue.

The event also marks the unveiling of a new menu of dishes to share, created by SAT chef Catherine Lépine-Lafrance, featuring summery, convivial cuisine.

From 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., several activities will punctuate the evening:

• the unveiling of the new cocktail menu, created by guest mixologist Patricia Jeanson in collaboration with the chef, featuring a selection inspired by the SAT’s landmark events
• beer tastings hosted by WILLS
• Bière Sans Alcool tastings
• wine tastings presented by Symbiose

As the cocktail hour stretches out and the evening comes alive, the event invites you to take your time, reconnect, and celebrate the sunny days in a vibrant setting. A highlight to discover this redesigned space and launch a summer culinary program curated by the SAT.

Following this event, the SAT Rooftop Buvette will be open throughout the season, Tuesday through Friday from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, until the end of the warm weather.
