It's the return of the most beautiful rooftop terrace in downtown Montreal!
The Foodlab of the Society for Arts and Technology is pleased to invite you to the opening of its terrace. To celebrate, some special guests will be there: Mate Libre and Dieu du Vin will prepare a lot of refreshing surprises while DJ OJPB and Stacey Sexton will serve you a hot music program.
The Foodlab team will also launch a new summer menu and a new cocktail menu. Join us for this trendy get-together as we celebrate a promising summer.
A space hidden in the heart of the Quartier des spectacles, a creative cuisine, a festive atmosphere, all that is missing is you!
Stacey Sexton is a Montreal based DJ and producer, captivating her audiences with hard hitting house, techno and left-field club selections. Sexton was born in St. John’s, Newfoundland, has lived and worked in Toronto for the last 10 years and now calls Montreal home. Exploring themes of sentiment throughout her sets, every performance tells a story of love, freedom, darkness or desire. She has played with the likes of KiNK, Seth Troxer, DJ Boring, Mall Grab, Yaeji, DJ Seinfeld, Waajeed, Nathan Micay, Denis Sulta, and many more. Outside of the club, you can find Stacey via her monthly radio show "Thirst Club" on n10.as radio where she dives into a variety of electronic dance music and provides guest mixes from local DJ’s and beyond.
OJPB is trained as a semi-classical musician, and has dabbled in styles as varied as classical music, metal and free jazz, but his career really exploded when he arrived in Quebec. The artist delivers raw and adventurous rhythms sourcing his inspirations in rare funk disco nuggets and the golden age of house music, blending it in what he likes to call hypnotic soul.
