Biography
Camille Utterback is a pioneering artist and programmer in the field
of interactive installation. Recent exhibits include The New Museum of Contemporary
Art; Postmasters Gallery; The NTT InterCommunication Center, Tokyo; The Seoul
Metropolitan Museum of Art; The Netherlands Institute for Media Art; and the
Ars Electronica Center, Austria. Awards include a Rockefeller Foundation New
Media Fellowship (2002-2003), and commissions from the Pittsburgh Children’s
Museum (2004), the Whitney Museum’s ArtPort website (2002), and The American
Museum of Natural History (2001).
Romy Achituv is an Israeli artist who lives and works in Brooklyn. Trained as
a sculptor, his work increasingly encompasses a wide range of media, from photography
and video to performance art and new media. Recent exhibits include the Ars
Electronica Center, Linz, Austria, the NTT Inter- Communication Center (ICC),
Tokyo, and a solo show at the Digital Art Lab, Holon, Israel. Awards include
the OLB Media Art Prize at the European Media Art Festival 2000. Achituv is
currently professor at Ewha University, Seoul.
