In the heart of the neighbourhood, the Place de la Paix has all the attributes necessary to allow for the emergence of the community’s artistic vitality and dynamism. This is why, following discussions between residents of the Ville-Marie borough and various cultural and community organizations in the area, it was agreed that they unite their efforts and create cultural and socio-cultural activities for the summer of 2006. With a focus on resolving issues concerning the cleanliness and security of public spaces by fostering a respectful cohabitation of public spaces, here is the proposed program of activities for the summer of 2006.
