Immersive Musical Performance

Are you looking to explore spatial audio or add an immersive dimension to your musical performance, whether for a DJ set, a live arts performance, or a sound installation? Through a hands-on approach, this course will introduce you to various methods of creation and diffusion for multichannel systems, such as the SAT dome, as well as the tools and formats most commonly used. You will leave with a deeper understanding of the different approaches to musical performance in immersive environments.

To put your learning into practice, you will develop or adapt a spatialized sound piece in collaboration with other participants, which will be presented in the dome at the end of the course.
