When you submit a project to the SAT Fest, and if it is selected, you automatically agree that the descriptions, biographies, pictures, video and audio files sent with your application can be used by the SAT for the promotion of the SAT Fest on various platforms (SAT's website, Facebook, etc.) and this without time limits.
Minimum length 4 minutes and maximum length 6 minutes
360° video submitted must be in Fulldome format for the Satosphere (2048 x 2048 pixels - 360° horizontal x 210° vertical - Quicktime .mov, DXV3 Codec at 30fps)
For the audio, you can submit a downloadable .WAV file 48 kHz / 24-bit (for stereo) or split .WAV files if your piece is mixed in surround.
Once selected, a high-resolution version (3072x3072 pixels or 4096x4096 pixels, 30fps or 60fps image sequence PNG) must be sent for diffusion, preferably on an external hard-drive via post. For audio, a master version should be submitted as well. Recommended formats are .WAV (48 kHz / 24-bit WAV) multichannel, surround (split mono) or ambisonic (B-format of FuMa, 3rd order).

If selected, the artist grants full permission to SAT to screen his film as part of the SAT FEST 2019 compilation in the Satosphere of the center for an unlimited period of time without any additional compensation. SAT will inform the artist of any other public screening of the compilation in the Satosphere at any time.
The artist grants full permission to SAT to screen his film as part of the SAT FEST 2019 compilation in any location, on any territory, as part of SAT's promotional and distribution plan for a time period of three years following the premiere presentation in the Satosphere of the center.
