Aurora Halal, a pivotal Brooklyn producer, DJ, and event curator, is renowned for her shadowy, psychedelic sets that blend sensuality with metallic intensity. Since 2010, her work, including the Mutual Dreaming series and Sustain-Release festival, emphasizes transformation within dance music through a DIY, underground ethos. She holds residencies at NYC's Nowadays, frequents Berghain and De School, and tours globally, promoting avant-garde sounds and ideas.
With a unique devotion to the craft of DJing and over a decade of record collecting, Moaad’s aesthetic represents obscure poetry within dance music. Storytelling is his distinctive trait as he continuously pushes his sense of artistry forward. His sets transmit an elevated sensory experience and represent a true testament of his individuality. Word of mouth has led to international recognition in different corners of the world. Rather discreet in demeanor, Moaad BKR lets his musical selection do the talking.
Originally from Toronto, Asha’s journey into music stemmed from a passion for dance that was reignited by Montreal’s DIY rave scene. Asha seamlessly blends genres into bass heavy sets with a pan cultural style. Often teaming up with fellow DJ Runa, the pair originally found their stride in Montreal through organizing community nights at Barbossa for upcoming voices in the underground music scene.
