Discover Pavillon, the new wine bar at SAT. Inspired by the spirit of a social club, Pavillon offers an affordable menu in a festive and relaxed atmosphere. Enjoy a simple and delicious European-inspired menu, accompanied by a natural wine list, cocktails, and local beers.
Unlike the traditional Montreal model of a chef-owner, Pavillon is a non-profit association located within a cultural institution, a rare concept in Montreal. This structure allows Pavillon to extend SAT’s event mission, with food events of all kinds: pop-ups, interactive gastronomic experiences, collaborative dinners, and DJ performances. All profits are donated to the non-profit organization, supporting artists, researchers, and activities at SAT.
