To Drink

We offer a selection of third-wave coffees in addition to a selection of in-house teas, prepared with care by our baristas. We also make our own unique creations, so come and try our homemade café-limo or our hazelnut affogato ice cream!

A selection of local craft beers and wines is also available, to drink on the premises or take away!

To Eat

Café SAT unveils a new menu inspired by the seasons and local produce. Authentic, predominantly vegetarian cuisine, where fruit, vegetables, spices, and herbs take center stage.

On the menu: comforting dishes, snacks, and sweet treats to satisfy everyone's cravings. A fresh, inventive, and above all accessible menu, designed to nourish both the body and the mind.

Coffee Blend Café SAT x Jungle

CAFÉ SAT serves its own house blend of coffee beans, a unique blend specially created by its team in collaboration with Montreal roaster Jungle. The blend is composed of two coffees from the Jungle roaster menu, Las Mishas from Peru and San Ramon from Guatemala. You'll find sweet, fruity tasting notes of cherry, nougat and grape.

FOOD MENU

Café SAT unveils a new menu, created by pastry chef Catherine Lépine Lafrance, inspired by the seasons and the simple pleasure of transforming what nature has to offer.

With fifteen years of experience in pastry and coffee, Catherine joins SAT with a desire to explore fertile ground for creativity, between workshops, themed evenings, and gourmet experiences to share. Her approach is marked by culinary sincerity and a deep attachment to local products. Inspired by agriculture, public markets, and artisanal traditions, she creates desserts and snacks without artifice, where fruits, vegetables, spices, herbs, and flowers come together in unexpected combinations.

The new menu highlights an essentially vegetarian, nourishing, and light universe that combines freshness, crunchiness, and seasonal colors. There are nods to Eastern European traditions, such as a bagel topped with a root vegetable croquette, alongside creations that celebrate simplicity and authenticity. Each dish invites you to discover the flavors of the moment in a new way, with a particular focus on local products and their seasonality.

With this menu, Café SAT is reinventing itself while remaining true to its inventive spirit: offering dishes that are easy to enjoy, original but accessible, and which nourish both the body and the mind.

At nights, the Café transforms...
