You can purchase your tickets online at any time through TIXR, the SAT’s exclusive ticketing partner, via the SAT website, or at the SAT front desk from Tuesday to Saturday, between 5 pm and 10 pm.

If ticketing is not managed by the SAT, please contact the event promoters directly for any inquiries.

You can purchase tickets at the SAT front desk until the start of the event, unless it is sold out.

Ticket exchanges are generally not possible, with a few exceptions. Please contact the box office by email and specify your exchange request at least 2 days before the event.

Yes, you can simply forward the ticket received by email to the other person.
