Digital culture is for all ages!

The Society for Arts and Technology offers digital creation workshops specifically designed for seniors. Participants are invited to explore their creativity through electronic music or stop motion animation workshops, while developing digital literacy skills in an accessible and supportive environment.

Through these sessions, we aim to make digital creation simple, playful, and accessible to everyone. No prior computer or music knowledge is required.

Workshops can be held at the SAT, in senior residences, libraries, or community centers.

All equipment required for the activities is provided by the SAT.

Capacity: up to 12 participants
Duration: 2 to 3 hours

Participants will discover the process of creating an electronic music track by remixing classic pieces from the French language and international music repertoire.

Stop Motion Animation

Stop motion animation is a video creation technique that creates the illusion of movement by animating static elements such as drawings, sculptures, or everyday objects. This workshop invites participants to explore their creativity through drawing, hands-on crafting, and digital tools.
