On Saturday, August 1, the SAT Rooftop transforms into a Taiwanese Night Market for a one-night-only culinary pop-up created by Sauce Prune × Flying Tables × WILLS.
Inspired by Taiwan’s iconic yèshì (夜市), or night markets, this one-night-only collaboration features a street food menu created especially for the occasion, paired with a selection of WILLS beers. Join us for an evening of bold flavours, vibrant aromas and the lively spirit of Taiwanese food culture, all on one of downtown Montréal’s most beautiful rooftops.
