To kick off the new year, the SAT invites you to an evening surrounding the theme of art-science. By bringing together the practices of artists, researchers, and developers, this field transforms data, algorithms, and living phenomena into sensitive and immersive experiences.
This convergence of art and science goes far beyond an aesthetic trend: it has become an engine for exploring our relationship to the world, to living systems, and to technology. Building on its research in art-science and information conducted over the past year, the SAT’s Innovation Department is uniquely positioned to introduce you to this fertile field of experimentation, which is now more relevant than ever.
This 5 à SAT will be an opportunity to discover the results of art-science research conducted at the SAT, as well as concrete cases through presentations from artists we have collaborated with.
