A final taste of an Italian summer at the SAT’s Rooftop Buvette.
Looking for an Italian escape in the heart of Montreal? From September 23 to 26, make your way from bar to bar with Révolution Cocktail à l’italienne, an initiative by the Italian Trade Agency presented as part of the 2026 Festival Invasion Cocktail.
Three establishments across Greater Montreal, including the SAT’s Rooftop Buvette, invite you to discover limited-edition cocktails created especially for the occasion, inspired by Italian spirits and the art of aperitivo.
At the Buvette, mixologist Patricia Jeanson has created a special menu of four cocktails showcasing two Italian products: Cocchi Vermouth di Torino and Vecchio Amaro del Capo. Designed especially for the Buvette, the menu puts a contemporary spin on the Italian aperitivo through the creative world of the SAT. The names of the cocktails also pay tribute to the SAT’s signature events, spaces and community.
Special cocktail menu
Fiore di Notte A floral and tangy creation pairing Vecchio Amaro del Capo with gin, angelica, jasmine and lime.
SUNSAT Tramonto Inspired by the atmosphere of SUNSAT, this cocktail combines the bitterness of Vecchio Amaro del Capo with tequila, hibiscus, jasmine and lime.
Memoria Viva A creation featuring Cocchi Vermouth di Torino, whisky, sea buckthorn and lovage, inspired by the SAT’s creative world, its 30 years of living memories and its community.
Sotto la Sfera A fresh and sparkling take on the Italian aperitivo, inspired by the Satosphere and combining Cocchi Vermouth di Torino with haskap, pink peppercorn and Campari.
An invitation to rediscover the art of aperitivo, explore new spirits and get a taste of Italy through creative cocktails while making your way across Greater Montreal.
And since all good things must come to an end, September 26 will mark the Buvette’s final night of the summer season. One last chance to enjoy the terrace and raise a glass on the rooftop before saying arrivederci until next summer!
