As part of its 30th anniversary, the SAT and artist Marie LeBlanc Flanagan present an immersive and collaborative installation, transforming Peace Park into an interactive playground.
Designed as a collective experience, beams of light draw you into interactive games, evolving with your movements and those of other participants. Using PointMapper, a motion capture tool developed by the SAT’s Innovation Department, the installation captures your gestures to transform the experience in real time.
Developed through a co-creation process with members of the neighborhood, including community organizations, Jeu(x) de lumières is conceived as a space for connection and exchange for anyone who frequents Peace Park.
By bringing digital art into public space and collaborating with its neighbors, the installation highlights the importance of creating shared environments at the heart of the Quartier des Spectacles.
No reservation required. Just drop by the park and play.
