Optimize the management of your arts and technology projects.
This training offers a practical approach to project management tailored to artistic and technological fields. It is designed for artists and professionals in the arts and culture sectors who wish to better structure artistic projects that integrate a technological dimension, such as interactive installations, exhibitions, digital arts projects, stage productions, or cultural events.
Drawing on the work processes and methodologies of the SAT’s Innovation Department, the training explores the complete life cycle of a project life, from ideation to dissemination. Participants will be introduced to the core principles of project management through theoretical lessons and hands-on exercises adapted to the realities of cultural organizations, creative studios, and hybrid projects at the intersection of arts and technology.
