Espace pour la vie invites you to discover the video work of artist Caroline Hayeur, winner of a six-month creative residency offered jointly by the CAM and the Montreal Insectarium.
What do insects do when night falls and the doors close at the Insectarium? Do they sleep? Do they eat? Do they reproduce? Find out by watching Petit traité d’entomologie noctivague, a poetic and documentary work of approximately 15 minutes, accompanied by a soundtrack by Myléna Bergeron, which explores the nocturnal activities of insects.
In addition to presenting her work on a loop in the Satosphere, Caroline Hayeur will participate, along with Myléna Bergeron, in a Q&A session with Insectarium experts at 2:30 pm.
