ENJOY THE SUMMER BY CREATING ART !

Summer is near : the sun is shining, days are long, you have free time and an itch to create ! Why not make the most of it by discovering a new medium, a new technique, or digging deeper into what you already know ? Push your practice or discover a new hobby by participating in the SAT’s summer workshops !

The program: more than 95H of digital arts workshops (among which 30 hours given in English), going from immersion to visual creation, from audio creation to interactivity.

Discover animation and motion design with the renowned Cinema 4D software and participate in an intensive workshop on 360° video and photo capture in the field. Plunge into the world of TouchDesigner with an exciting series of intensive workshops given in English : introduction, intermediate workshop and – are you already a pro?- an advanced class. Our community-favorite workshops on VJing and video mapping, electronic art with Arduino, and DJing are also back of course.

Reduced rates for students and artists are available, as always.

What do you need to know about language of instruction ?

We are always adding new workshops given in English, and most, if not all, of the instructors of our classes given in French are perfectly bilingual. If you register for a workshop given in French, of course you should be comfortable enough with the language to follow the instructor’s active explanations to the class, but we absolutely encourage you to use English when you ask your questions if you feel more comfortable doing so. Our workshops are offered in a friendly environment and small groups of 6 to 12 participants.

TOUCHDESIGNER ADVANCED WORKSHOP GEOMETRY SHADERS Date : August 19 Length : 6 hours TOUCHDESIGNER ADVANCED WORKSHOP GEOMETRY SHADERS Intensive 6-hour long, advanced workshop that introduces participants to geometry shaders in order to have a maximum of points with optimal performance, and workflows based on image & TOP.
